Priced per seat, not per person you send documents to

A seat is a named member of your firm who can create rooms, upload documents or manage permissions. People you share with — clients, counterparties, bidders, auditors — are guests and never consume a seat, however many of them there are.

Storage is pooled across the account and measured on the stored size of current document versions plus retained superseded versions. Archived rooms count until they are disposed of. You can buy additional storage in 500 GB increments on any plan.

Nothing breaks. We notify your administrators, and you have 30 days to either reduce usage or move to the next tier. We do not lock accounts or delete content for overage.

Yes. Annual plans can be paid by bank transfer against an invoice in EUR. Monthly plans are card only. Enterprise agreements are invoiced on the terms we agree.

We run a 14-day evaluation on the Team plan with no card required, and we will extend it if you are running a genuine pilot on a live matter. Enterprise evaluations are scoped with your team and typically run 30 days.

You can export everything — documents, folder structure, room index and the full audit log — at any time while the account is active and for 30 days after termination. After that we delete customer content within 60 days, and backups age out within a further 35 days.
